Earl Wooster High School Band

CONGRATULATIONS to all the students who made Honor Band this year. The hard work we put in is paying off. 14 students will be representing Wooster in the Washoe County Honor Band. With the 10 students in the Reno Youth Jazz Orchestra, and the many who represented Wooster in the Honor Jazz Band, we have put ourselves at the top of all Bands here in Washoe County.

This year has flown by. It seems that we just started our fall band camp last week. Looking back, we have done many things this year and there is a group that gets little recognition. Our Band Boosters have worked their tails off. So I want to say thanks, especially to our president Dawn Dupont, for all your hard work.

Led by drum major Kalie Hossick, the marching band enjoyed taking to the streets in our new uniforms. Kalie is an Honor Jazz member, and a member of the Honor Band. She has been in band all four years and hopes to continue her musical journey at the University of Nevada.
